Very learning. cuauhtemoc1496 07-24-2009, 01:37 PM Good way to protect yourself is throw it after a jab with the same hand. Jab, then hook making sure you keep the right hand up by your chin. Bend you knees because most people have a bad habit of coming "up" on hooks, extending their knees for power and exposing their chins. KILLA RIGHT 07-24-2009, 02:32 PM Heres a great video. Not all are long range left hooks but there's plenty.
