i'm about to get new bag gloves in a couple of weeks. my last pair of bag gloves was the fairtex bgv-9 heavy hitter gloves. very good gloves but pretty expensive too (i got them cheaper as usual) and I want to spend a little less money.

so I used to be a HW and now I'm a pretty ripped 5'10" 185er looking to fight -180lbs.

i really like what i read about the ringside imf tech bag gloves, but they are 14oz gloves and i think i should go with 16oz gloves this time.

does anybody know whether ringside is planning on releasing a 16oz imf bag glove?

i already thought about buying the imf training glove, but i really don't like the velcro on them.

i've read that the throwdown elite bag glove is exactly the same glove like the imf ringside bag glove with the only difference that the throwdowns are 16oz.
the only problem is, usually that's not that important for me, but i really don't like the way they look. to speak for myself i think they look kind of cheap!

so do you have any other solutions or tips for me? what do you think of a 185er gettin 14oz bag gloves?? i think they're too light for me!?!?

thanks guys! appreciate it ...

im 208 but i dont use bag gloves

i use the fighting line from title 16 oz training gloves on the bag. i like them though i did need a few days to break them in till my hands were more comfortable there 100$ but if you check out the title boxing thread you can get a discount through Brett just make sure you read the rules as to what information you need first...item number size color ect there about 90$ after shipping if you get them through brett

Have you ever used winning? How do they compare to them?

I see no one using bag gloves. I got told when I busted up my 16's for me not to hit the bag with the gym's 12oz's. Now bag gloves? HAHAHAHAHAHA

never used winning but i would say the fighting are well worth the money comfortable good wrist support and they seem to get better as i break them in more. I havnt used them long so i dont know about durability which maybe the big diffrence between them and winning

I was watching the new hulk movie, and the hulk tears a car in half, then smashes the pieces against each other until they're compacted balls of metal on his hands. Then he beats the **** out of abomination with them. It's ****ing awesome.
