I am not a expert at this but I heard that Midol or Aleve can help you at this time of mood swings. Sometimes when a female gets her menstrual cycle, it is understandable for sensitivity and then denial and hatred. Aleve doesn't relieve anything IMHO. They even have extra strength for those really really rough months. It works good. Hubby bought stock in the company since we use it so much.
