What?

I'm saying that regime you posted is goddamn awful, and I don't know how you ever made it up, or thought it wasn't laughable.

Seems like more of a fitness routine than boxing. heres what my beginning routine looked like i posted before.

3 Days a week

Jog-3.5 miles
Shadow box warmup- 3 mins
Heavy bag- 4 x 3 mins ( try to focus on certain punches for each round)
Slip Bag- 2 x 3 mins
Jump Rope- 5 minutes
Speed bag- 5-10 Minutes kill those shoulders

Sometimes i would switch up the order so i dont get bored.

How do all these boxing routines not include sparring? Why is all the work not based on round times? Why is there no sprinting?

Where are these from?
