So i ordered a double end bag, and it arrived today. How do you connect the rubber straps? I know the top is going to be easy, im going to put it through a hook on the wood beam, but the bottom? I may try conntecting it to my weight bench.

but any other ideas?

get a 25lb weight and a wrench. String the elastic through the weight and tie it around the wrench in a knot. Be sure to wrap the knot thick with duct tape, put the weight on the ground and beat the **** outta that thing.

The double end bag was always my favorite in the gym. I could just bash on one of those forever, finding new ways to roll with it. I became very, very good on one of those.............Rockin':boxing:

You should have received a kit with the bag. There should be 2 anchors, a nylon cord/rope and a rubber cable w/ S hooks.

The S hook connects to the link on the bottom of the bag.

Hmmm...interesting. You normally should only use 1 rubber cable with a double end bag.

Let me know if that setup doesn't work out and I can order a cable kit like I showed.
