Along the same lines, is it just me or is Jim Lampley ungodly bias? I mean bad. It seems that he heavily favors certain fighters over others. I randomly think of DLH/Mosley II (which I scored for DLH). Mosley could do nothing right at all. Particularly in the ninth, Mosley did very well, but Lampley would hear none of it (or saw none of it). General observations??

Most broadcasters are biased. Lampley is not by any means alone in his biased coverage.

I think he knows how to hugs the balls of a boxer he likes really good. He knows how to say the right stuff to make you just want to be a fan of a person he talks about.

I have no problem with Lampley. He's good at what he does, sometimes his emotion taints his judgement, but overall he calls a good fight and has good catch phrases. "Here comes Morales, here comes Barrera." etc...

I do agree that he injects a lot of emotion into his commentary that really adds to the experience. Sometimes though, he gets a little saucy.... "look at the glistening body of a warrior," etc. Makes one feel a little uncomfortable....

he can say what he wants as long as we can't see him masterbating at ringside while the warrior's body glistens

I think Lampley is very good. I have no problem with his work.
