ahhh... the influenza virus... prevention is always the key! washing your hands and avoiding large crowds help.. too bad the U.S. has that damn shortage of the flu vaccine.. but this year wasnt too bad of an epidemic.. but i feel you bro.. as long as you are healthy, keep hydrated and get lots of rest.. you'll be fine..

I've been drinking so much OJ and water my docotor gave me some cough medicine with codeine to help me sleep but that hasn't done anything really. That's quite a conundrum they give me medicine to help me sleep but I can't sleep because I have to pee every 5 seconds.

Keep your hands clean...throw away your toothbrush and use a different one. Take a mulit-vitamin every day...drink OJ...take echinacea or however the **** you spell it (Halls Defense pills work). Sleep a lot.

damn that sucks, last year when i had the flu i was in the ER with a 104 temp, on top of that my babies had a 102 and 101 temp, so we were all sick as hell, i thought we were gonna die, it was some bull****.. BUT this year we havnt got it THANK GOD, its the worst feeling ever.

i had it and i kept on throwing up. nmy advice is to not eat anything, sleep a lot and drink lots of sprite. when i had the flu i went through like 2 casses of sprite in like 2-3 days. it helps so much because then your puke doesnt hurt your throat and tastes refreshing.
