about Ruiz - Gołota fight, is that true what is said on "www.eastboxing.com" (i read about it on sport.onet.pl) that Norman Stone said to Don King :

NS : - It's Fixed!!

DK : - Fixed?

NS : - Yes, Ruiz wins.

If that is true!? Why he said that to DK?

why would ol'stoney complain to king about his fighter winning. that would be very dumb. golota should have never allowed ruiz to go to the cards.

Stone clearly let the cat out of the bag.

All I remember is, Stone leans over to King after being thrown out from ringside and saying "Im saying this is a ****ing fixed fight"

King Stares on....

I know that was said because my closed captioning on my DVR box picked it up.

King may fix one for Golota but not Ruiz, John isnt a draw why would he do that?

Stone thought the fight was fixed in GOLATA's favor not ruiz's. He was complaining that the referee only seemed to target Ruiz and therefor in his fit of anger said that it was a fixed fight and insinuated that King had fixed it.

I remember that idiot Stone saying something to king about the fight being fixed, but was that what he actually said?

I think Stone just wanted to yell at anyone he could about anything and King was within an earshot.

if you think about it they can make any fight look good within reason. Fixed or not, something isnt right with DK

Stone did say something to DK at the fight, I was there, but from where I was sitting, I couldn't hear a thing, and I think it was indeed a fixed fight..It was so blatant...Golota wasn't knocked down once, Ruiz was twice...wheres the logic?

Norman's words were of frustration that he thought his fighter was getting screwed over. Earlier he told Ruiz "This ref is for the other guy. It's a proven fact."

When he said "this is a ****in' fixed Fight" to King, he meant it was fixed AGAINST Ruiz. Otherwise, why would he be complaining?

Using that logic, Eamon Magee beat Ricky Hatton, Jameel McCline beat Chris Byrd, DaVarryl Williamson beat Wladimir Klitschko, etc.

Knockdowns are worth an extra pt. That's it.

Maybe they made the fight look fixed for Golota just so there would be no argument after he loss saying that he was made to lose from the jump...pretty far fetched, but hey...

I thought it was a bit suspcious that Golota would low blow Ruiz and the ref would just say "Thats a love tap, dont worry about it"

Seriously what kind of officiating is that?

Hate Ruiz or not, the Ref was heavily against him despite him winning.

At Polish press, which quoted on the part of www.eastboxing.com supposedly ( I did not find original text) wrote, that Stone tells to DK that it was fixed on advantage to Ruiz! { so Stone can be indignant, that despite arrangement, Gołota sended Ruiz down) Logical -- he complains that "it was settled, Gołota wins!" in internet i read that Stone told to DK that it was turned on advantage to Ruiz so it was strange to my "WHY HE SAID THAT" if they (Stone & DK) knew "what's gonna be anyway"?

I don't get it, Ruiz won, if DK fixed it, then Golotta should have won.

I THINK KING PAYED THE REF TO LET GOLOTA KEEP PENALIZING RUIZ.
