I agree with McGirt's observation on Penalosa. That's right, he can punch and is definitely more technically superior than the PacMan. I was at ringside twice to watch him fight against Sor Vorapin and Seung Koo Lee.

I believe he can be a champ once more, he better train his sights on Castillo or Kawashima @115 or the two Thai champs (one has been a TKO victim already) @118. Stay away from Rafa.
