I'm trying to make a little rap CD I can workout with and was just wonderin' if you guys can suggest some ya'll workout to. I already have a few in the list:

Dangerous-Busta
Woo Hah-Busta
Case of the P.T.A.-Leaders of the New School
O.P.P.-Naughty by Nature
Hip hop hooray-Naughty by Nature

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I got a lot more that I use to work out with, but its stuff that I got sreaight from the record label or straight out of the studio and it aint even hit the internet yet. Or its stuff that some of my friends made in their rooms or something like that.

first off, scrap the OPP. for sparing and resistance i'd throw in anything from DMX, Exhibit, the soundtrack from Judgement Night, angered 2Pac & Eminem, and anyone else who has grimey hate-filled lyrics.

Rakim & Eric B would be perfect for cardio because it's true hip hop to near perfection at a steady pace.

Theres a buncha never quit anthems on there perfect for working out...gets me amped when I'm lifting and hitting.
