RegardsFor anyone wanting to learn to box, one will need a jab. w/o it, you cannot be a boxer! It's a simple as that.

quick feet, fast hands and a good jab

a quality jab, reasonably fast, controlled footwork, and reasonably fast, accurate punching, it also helps if you have a long reach and height, although there are different types of out fighters though, calderon moves on the outside and he is only 5"0, he really relies on footwork a whole lot because he is short as

whereas you get guys like hearns moving on the outside, relying on their height/range and long punching to control guys more so than footwork

i say "reasonably fast" because you dont need to have insane speed, just decent speed
