I’m in my office, so I could really care less, but I can hear it outside pouring down. I got shin splints badly from an intense cardio routine this morning at 4, full stomach from breakfast that I just finished, and have a ½ gallon jug of water in front of me and 5 pills: 2 antioxidant pills, and 3 fiber pills. Coffee is brewing. It appears to be a relaxing day as well since most of my office is out for the day including my boss.

The assignments that I need to complete by the end of the day:
Organize and type out a lesson plan on discernment for my class.
Call a Major that lives in Oregon to talk church politics.
Call Autumn and flirt with her. (This girl has it all, man...really. She’s drop-dead sexy, and has a heart to match it – which in this society seems to be an oxymoron.)

I know, real busy day...it's my job. What are you guys up to today?

Taking my newly "adopted" daughter to work, going to the bank, meeting with the roofer to choose what color roof I want, sewing on the costumes and going to my daughter's competition in Chula Vista tonight. Wish us luck.

Also in that, finish the laundry, pay the bills, clean the house...oh wait, that's tomorrow....nm.

My days run together sometimes.

I can't believe you just posted that out in the open, that shows ultimate trust in those of us that post here... that's one thing that's going to start going down as more posters come into this sight as it gets "better", as it was sold to that boxing dude. More people = more shady characters = less likely to post personal items in a forum. Blah. I just typed out my first hand-out.. ROCK!!!

Rain in LA? That's weird. I love rain. Makes me feel all wistful. Living in Portland, it rains here all the ****ing time, so I feel wistful alot. I like to walk around in heavy rain without an umbrella and get soaked. My hair looks good when it's wet. I have awesome hair. My greatest fear in life is that someday, I might lose some of it. Actually, that's, my second greatest fear. My first greatest fear is that I encounter a vagina with razor sharp, shark like teeth and don't notice until it's too late.

It's POURING here. I'm south of L.A. We have a small lake in the back yard, but that's because we're releveling it. It was 12-18 inches to high in the back and would flood the house....not good.

My daughter is going to school in Washington......she hopes.

Univ of Washington or Washington State, I believe. One is in Portland. She's been somewhat hush hush on the subject because of my reaction, but I'm over it now. This is the daughter I'm the closet to and she's afraid of hurting my feelings......it's going to happen one way or the other.....

I've taken on the attitude of "Oh dear, I will have to drive up the coast (Pacific Coast Hwy) to visit her....hopefully in my new car...a convertible." Such is life.....hehehe :)

She wants to major in history.

Try to talk her into majoring in something more useful. The only thing you can do with a history major is teach, and that's not good money unless she gets her PHD or something. All the headhunting firms I've ever worked with(7 years worth) have put history, sociology, communications and art majors at the bottom of our resume piles, unless they have some extremely marketable skill or awesome job experience. Than again, she's very young and most people change their major at least once during their college experience.

She's already changed her mind three times. Actress, fashion designer, interior designer and now history.

With history and brains, she can also go into the CIA, FBI, etc. Right now, she wants to be a teacher of high school kids. Funny, because she hates high school as it is....lol.

She's also looking into the Navy.

Most of my friends in college have changed their minds about three times since they started, don't worry, it's normal.

She's also looking into the Navy.

Which would help pay for school durring and after her service... I thought about that with the Marines but they wouldn't let me in..BOOO!!!!!

I'm not worried. I'm used to her changing her mind. IF she sticks with history by the time she graduates next year, I'm taking her to the east coast for her Grad Road Trip to see the area which is rich with history. US History is her favorite.

She chose the Navy because she won't be in battle like the marines or the army....lol

Exactly... Navy is safe for all ladies and ****.
