View Full Version : How young is too young?
Bluecifer 02-09-2005, 02:05 PM My receptionist heard I gave my notice and straight asked me out. Problem is she's only 22 and I'm 33. Of course I said yes because she's a little hottie and I figure that it won't be too long before that market closes for me because I'm getting so god damn old, but I do feel a bit like the dirty old man that I am, plus some of the other women in the office that are my age are giving me **** about it. Is 22 so young that she doesn't know what hell she's doing? Does it matter? Should I do it? Should I just STFU and thank my lucky stars? Feel free to pitch in your 2 cents.
Mr. Beelzebub 02-09-2005, 02:15 PM If she was old enough to be your daughter I could probably see a problem, but 22? Hell no. Be happy that a hot 22 year old has asked you to go out and enjoy life.
Bluecifer 02-09-2005, 02:27 PM We're going to a place called Dragon Fish for dinner on Friday, that place is my secret weapon. I'm gonna go for it, but it still seems a bit funny. She just looks young as hell but she's too cute for me to turn down. Hot little blondie with nice tittays.
AgonYx0 02-09-2005, 02:30 PM some lady i no is 35 and her boyfriend is 21, and anyways who cares she's over 18 and asked you, go for it.HANDLE YOURS!
Bluecifer 02-09-2005, 02:36 PM I will. I wouldn't have asked her out on my own, even though their was some flirtation going on. But since she asked me, I don't feel as guilty. Kinda weird, but it seems like the only girls that show interest in me are co-workers, oh and this one black girl driving a Jeep yesterday. I guess I kinda go on feast or famine streaks.
AgonYx0 02-09-2005, 02:44 PM i always think its better for the guy to be older cause there more mature, if the guy is younger, god help that girl.
Bluecifer 02-09-2005, 02:48 PM I'm usually, but not always, a bit older, but this is the biggest age difference I've ever had with anyone I've dated. My last serious girlfriend that I lived with was my age. I was a child when I was 22, God it was great in many ways. I miss the freedom, naivety, and all the fine young poontang I use to score, but it's a trade off. Now I have money, a nice place to live, a nice car, career goals. It's give and take. I kinda feel like I'm cheating at a game or something and robbing some young guy of a girl his age he could be dating, but than again, it's her choice and we live in a competive world.
VulgarTheClown 02-09-2005, 02:57 PM 22 is a grown up, physically.
she has had enough experience to know what she is doin.
don't treat her like a kid and its all good.
Prince 02-09-2005, 03:01 PM i could probably go to jail just for my response
Bluecifer 02-09-2005, 03:23 PM Than Pm it to me brutha.
Leather 02-09-2005, 03:44 PM 22 years? No, Blue!! She's a perfect hottie in a perfect age....If you had told us 17-18 years it would be different but 22?? Nah, perfect ****able...
Bluecifer 02-09-2005, 03:46 PM Well, it looks like the people have spoken! Of course, I will keep you all apprised of the situation and will attempt pics.
Leather 02-09-2005, 03:47 PM YAY!! Good luck!!
nance 02-09-2005, 06:45 PM Even Mom here will agree, she's an adult, she asked you, have a great time. Most women prefer older men, they're USUALLY more mature. ;-)
Shes basically the same age as I, I don't think I'd have a problem with it if it was me. Although, I'm not really inclined to date guys that much older than I.
Allison 02-10-2005, 11:59 AM Shut up and enjoy it. AND I applaud her for asking you out. That took alot of nerve on her part. Men in the early thirties are perfect. Still attractive, but more mature and stable than men our own age.
Someone had it right when they said treat her like an adult. Don't bring the age up at all. Act like it isn't even as issue, and you'll be thanking yourself later.
Prince 02-10-2005, 12:00 PM unless you're having to drop her off at the middle school for classes, don't worry about it
Allison 02-10-2005, 12:02 PM good point.
Prince 02-10-2005, 12:05 PM unless she teaches, then i guess that's a different story
Prince 02-10-2005, 12:08 PM it's times like these when you ask yourself: What would Carl do?

nance 02-10-2005, 12:13 PM I dated a man nine years older than me when I was 18/19 years myself. Much more mature.
Mr. Beelzebub 02-10-2005, 12:21 PM I am looking for a 40ish lady right now... preferrably with money, lots of it.
Allison 02-10-2005, 12:37 PM I wouldn't mind finding a 35-ish year old man to call when I'm bored. If I could only put him back on a little shelf when I was done, though.
Mr. Beelzebub 02-10-2005, 12:39 PM I am up for bootycalls.
Allison 02-10-2005, 12:41 PM you arent old enough.
Prince, that kinds makes me want to put on my bad-ass red jeans.
Mr. Beelzebub 02-10-2005, 12:43 PM I am 27.
Allison 02-10-2005, 12:44 PM I said 35-ish. The accent helps, but it doesn't make up for the 8 or more years that you are lacking.
Mr. Beelzebub 02-10-2005, 12:48 PM I look older.
The Mouse 02-10-2005, 12:48 PM I dunno, man, I wouldn't do it; but that's just my preference speaking. I can't date girls that are younger than me, they always got to be my age or older so we can relate. I've tried hanging out with younger girls and they're so giddy, poppy, and jittery all the time as if their head was about to pop off and their mouths were going to rip from ear to ear from laughing and smiling the whole time... I actually sit there and imagine there head popping right off and their lips being torn up either sides of their cheeks from ear to ear. No. Give me chill, relaxed, mature, dark and passionate. I haven’t found that in any girl younger than I am.
Younger girls don’t even know how to dress. Tight jeans, tight shirt, lots of skin; cliché. Older girls know how to dress, how to handle themselves, how to control their emotions and play it smooth, they even know how to WALK seductively; whereas a younger girl is like a walking caffeine can that’s constantly being shook-up and waiting to explode.. which is about the time I help them explode and toss that can into the garbage where it belongs.
Allison 02-10-2005, 12:51 PM Its not the older look I'm about. It's about the fact that an older man can hold a conversation without talking about my "sweet ass".
I'm not generalizing younger men. Some are really very mature.
Mr. Beelzebub 02-10-2005, 12:53 PM I am very mature.
Your ass is very sweet BTW.
The Mouse 02-10-2005, 12:55 PM A "mature" man thinks like any other man out there, the difference is that he chooses his words better.
Allison 02-10-2005, 12:58 PM good point. but i appreciate the better wording.
The Mouse 02-10-2005, 01:09 PM Which is why I'm a freak about spelling and grammar. Most women appreciate a man who can talk right; however on the contrary, most men take it for granted and never work on it to better themselves.

Seriously, young man. When it comes to spelling and grammar you are on the same level as Vulgar and Gman.
Remember... "I have a stocker" and "what is a sole mate?"
Allison 02-10-2005, 01:22 PM HAHAHAHHAHHA.
Maybe we can just pretend you are older, Beelz.
The Mouse 02-10-2005, 01:25 PM :: opens Beelz's side and removes his liver, and eats it in front of him ::
Oh! Side note: I’m reminded of that part in Dances with Wolves when he takes a bite of the Buffalo’s liver to show that it’s his kill, and also to show communion with the Indians. Sweet!! ...I’m a dork, never mind. Leave me alone. MUNCH MUNCH MUNCH!!
Mr. Beelzebub 02-10-2005, 01:37 PM HAHAHAHHAHHA.
Maybe we can just pretend you are older, Beelz.
Let's play doctor.
Allison 02-10-2005, 02:01 PM Can I be the busty nurse in the white uniform without the actual bust?
Leather 02-10-2005, 02:05 PM I'm Cervantes....
*Use cotton dear Allison*
Carlao 02-10-2005, 05:43 PM **** dude I just read the first post, but if she is 22 **** it HIT IT like you are going to die tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bluecifer 02-11-2005, 03:09 PM So we've gone out twice. I'm very surprised at how cool she is. She seems much more mature than I would have guessed. I work in a professional office so I always see her dressed in professional business attire, but even on the weekends she doesn't dress or act like what I normally associate with a 22 year old girl. I've really enjoyed hanging out with her. Becky has a good head on her shoulders. I'm glad we're hanging out.

See what you would have missed out on?
Enjoy life while you can.
Bluecifer 02-11-2005, 04:21 PM Yeah, I'm glad I went through with it. I almost flaked. She's confident, smart and funny. I like looking at her too.

That never hurts!!! :)
