What have you guys heard about it? I'm finding it hard to locate too many details just yet.. here's a post from another forum..
The Herald understands that fighters selected for the Australian show include Mundine victims Shannon Taylor and Nader Hamdan, as well as knockout specialist Victor Oganov, and the undefeated Junior Talipeau.
It's also believed the show will also contain firebrand character Sonni Michael Angelo, whose over-confident boasts belie his 15-8-2 record.
Producers have apparently targeted fighters for their personality and history as well as ability, given that the show's success depends on the audience engaging with the characters.
Australian legend Johnny Lewis and heir apparent Billy Hussein will train the Contender fighters.
