Boxing is an unnatural act, so why swim naturally? Shadowbox in 4, 5 ft of water until muscular fatigue maintaining technique. Throw lots of power shots underwater maintaining proper technique. Buy those water resistance things and shadowbox with those until muscular fatigue. I guess you could warm up or finish off with some laps of any kind of stroke, but like the aforementioned there are far, far better ways to use the water to your pugilistic advantage. |
