Cyborg takes a dive. Gina is the most popular fem-fighter in USA. She has to win so Fem-MMA can stay alive.

I think Gina Carano is a better fighter than most give her credit for, I don't see how many think this will be a complete massacre. Cyborg looks the part but when it comes to the business of exchanging blows it takes more than looks to win, Gina looks like a Barbie but she can bang hard and Christiane Santos will be just another opponent to her come August 15th. I don't see Gina losing this at all, it will be tough and rough but I think Gina will pull it out, that's just me and the fact that I would blow her back out doesn't swade my opinion her way my opinion

Cyborg is going to come at her like a freight train, but if Gina can weather the storm in the early part of the the fight then I think she will have a chance. Gina is no joke in her striking and I think that is where she has a slight edge over Cyborg. Cyborg is by no means a push over herself on her feet, but she is more of a pressure fighter / brawler. If she (Gina) can keep this fight standing and keep it a 'technical' fight then she will win by decision.

My guess is Cyborg is going to want to close the gap early and take Gina to the ground and use her strength and superior grappling against her. If this happens then I am afraid Gina will have a long night ahead of her.

I am going with Cyborg by decision.
