I thought I would share some pics of my trip to Vancouver. I trained at a place called Wolfes and did some grappling with one of thier MMA stars. It is the place where The Black Sniper Mike McDonald trains and I was able to meet him !

nice! a friend of min in Manchester CT works at walgreens and said some guy came in talking about how he was a martial artist who fights pro in japan and all this jibba jabba....he was buying yellow hair dye. I showed him pics of every bleached haired black man and he says it was mcdonald and that mcdonald saisd he was trinaing over here and would be in the area for a while.
