i've been crazy lethargic for the last few days and i cannot figure why.

i was explaining it to a budy of mine over lunc hand he said "oh that sounds like when i had mono."

so i talked ot my girl and she had mono in the past.

now i know mono doesn't leave your body, you have it forever, but hopefuly i'm just tired and nothing else.

are your lymph nodes swollen, sore throat, sore all over, etc? The only way to know for sure is a blood test. My daughter had it four years ago.

If you do, you'll have to stop training for awhile, it makes your spleen swell and one blow could rupture it. Get it checked out ASAP.

If you get a really bad sore throat or the lethargy continues, go get tested for mono. No joke Ben, in your career, it could be seriously dangerous.

Take care.
