She definitely came off as a bit mannish, face and physique, prior.
I'm basing that impression on how she looked, when she was working
it at Gold's. BTW, she's not stupid... pero she volunteers an opinion
on too many topics where most people would have the sense to know
they're out of their depth.

Mak, I am guessing that you're a Lakers fan based on your sig. If you are, were you surprised with the Artest-Ariza swap? I thought Ariza was showing a lot of promise and had atleast a couple of game changing plays in the playoffs and was extremely poised in the clutch. Very surprising. :hijacked:

yep...the only thing i love as much, if not more, than boxing is the lakers...been a fan since 85 (sa pinas pako nun)


as for the swap, i was very surprised at how fast everything happened...i hated to see trevor go but his AGENT is to blame for this one....you dont try to strongarm a GM that traded snaq....and his agent shouldn't have released comments like 'trev is not interested in a hometown discount' even before we could offer him anything....and to call the initial offer as a 'slap in the face', its very amateur-ish on his part to steer the talks with that outlook

yup...same deal...it would have helped us with getting Lamar back too because that deal (MLE) doesnt count against the salary cap...but it was a 'slap in the face' according to his agent
