Time to start training again. I'm going to sign up for MMA training this week, its $110 a month which I think is way to expensive but I can train 6 days a week.
I'm also gonna completely change my diet, mad vegetables and protein. A multivitamin and glucosamine for my joints.
A gallon of water every day.
I'm weighing in at about 215 right now and way out of shape, I'm going to struggle for the first few weeks.
Target weight: 185
I also want to compete in a grappling tournament by June and fight late 2005 or early 2006.
