i mostly use mirc for my downloading. it has full albums, in fact few days ago i got nas's steet deciple.it also has the latest mixtapes and underground or unreleased stuff.mirc is also good for movies

Shareaza is still my favourite program to download both music and fight videos. It connects to Gnutella, eDoneky, and its own very fine P2P network. Plus it's spyware free and had great help files on-line if you have trouble.

agree , shareaza is the best and the safest , plus it s not under watch by the "powers" of music industry and cops.

only problem is it can be too slow.

Kazaa Lite is good, just sometimes hard to find (since it's sort of a quasi-legal copy of Kazaa). For fights, though, I still prefer Shareaza cause you can connect to eDonKey along with the other networks. For music though it's great.

Shareaza is a bit slow, especially when you have dial-up at home like me. eDoneky had notoriously huge queues, but you can find tons of fights up there that you won't find on the other P2P networks. If you have patience you can get great stuff.

Torrents are the best for sure. I can't see files either at home (dial-up) or at work (firewall), though, so I try to limit my downloads from that site. Still, they have some still up there that's just fantastic.

winmx is good. sometimes hard to find more underground stuff like immortsl technique. thats why i use mirc but mirc is sorta hard to use

ok, huge old post bumb here but im just wondering are any of these legal to use in the US? i was going to use itunes and pay to put music on my mp3 but if its legal to use any of the free ones i would do that. or anyone know cheeper leagal ones in the us? thanks

bearshare is the best ive tried winmx,kazaa,limewire. and none comes close to bearshare
