If you’re not religious, or if you don’t believe in God, who do you think created all of this?
If you say, “Big-bang, it all just happened in one instant.” Then what created the “big-bang”?.. and what existed before the “big-bang” that enabled the “big-bang” to take place?
If you believe that the universe is eternal and was never created, but has always been: What supports your theories of it being eternal, when everything physical dies? Isn’t it a contradiction? ...planets die, stars die, our sun is going to die.. even flowers, people, and buildings we create don’t last forever. So why do you think the universe, (being a physical nature), is eternal? Everything that dies, must have a starting point of life.
Any other philosophies?
