Trrmo 07-03-2009, 08:28 AM When trying to build up: Two egg whites, Two whole eggs, skim milk, cornflakes and or quinua flakes, banana, creatine, teaspoon natural peanut butter all blended. About 25 gms protein, 13 grams fat, 90 gms carbs - 600 calories. When trying to lose fat, Two egg white, one whole, a little less cornflakes, less peanut butter, milk, banana. Also take a multivitamin and just started taking fish oil/flaxseed oil capsule. |
