Ok there is no reason why it has to be in a month, but if I set a target-it may spur me on.

Any idea on how I'd shift a stone in 4-6 weeks?

Thanks,

Diet and exercise. If you want specifics, PM me. If you're pretty fat and overweight right now, it will probably be easier to lose that weight.

Stop eating **** and run or swim.

Simples.

People always think losing weight is complex where as it is really so simple it is untrue. Eat a healthy balanced diet and exercise regularly.

The key to losing weight is dicipline. Don't exercise and eat well for a week and then treat yourself to 10 beers and a 14" pizza. That **** wont work.
