Practice by getting your ass handed to you Online, Man.

Nothing breeds quality like getting your ass reamed by tyrants.

I have been doing each one in turns. You need to get champion to get any real gains I have found.

There is a training practice mode in the game. Work on your training in there.

That one is the hardest, I don't have problem with the head movement but when I'm supposed to throw a punch in the air I always get hit by the bag.

The maize bag is the ****. It's difficult until you get the hang of it. It's a counter punchers wet dream.

Tip: right stick left.
