i need to visit my dad. just for those crab omelettes and eggplant tortas.

he gets all the meat from the crab and put it with the beaten eggs in the empty shell and you just scoop it up with a spoon. then the eggplant is on the side.



anyways......nah no dilis for breakfast. i eat that as a snack. dip in suka.

I think this tuyo-champorado combination is widely patronized, although I have yet to see a resto which offers it, maybe sa mga bahay lang. Agree this is one of the weirdest combinations around along with dirty ice cream in a monay sandwich and condensada milk used as an ulam over hot rice. :duh:

to be honest, ive never tried eating tuyo and champurado at the same time too.
i love both of those foods too. i guess it just depends to other people.
do they dip the tuyo into the champurado or they eat like like an ordinary ulam?
i also dont sawsaw tinapay into coffee.

i saw my lola eating rice with mango. never tried that too. and also this kid in school he was eating santol with rice. thats some experimental eating.
