K-1 has named former WWE superstar and recent Rumble on the Rock 6 single fight winner Sean O'Hare as Musashi's opponent in a K-1 rules bout for their New Years Eve Card.

K-1 rule bouts are three rounds lasting three minutes each round with a one round overtime if needed. K-1 MMA rule bouts are three rounds lasting five minutes each round. The Gracie vs. Akebono MMA bout will implement special rules consisting of two, 10 minute rounds. If no winner has been decided (by submission or knockout) after the two rounds, the bout will be declared a draw. The Uno vs. Sorpantrey MMA bout will also implement special rules* with the time limit being reduced to three minutes each round instead of five.

The K-1 mixed rule bout is four rounds with odd number rounds being under K-1 rules while even number rounds being under K-1 MMA rules (each round lasts three minutes). *From Sportsnavi.
