I was doing boxing for four months and I decided to switch to Muay-Thai for a bit. Well now I'm three months into training and recently, I started getting this pain in my left shin. I don't know if it's from jump rope, running, kicking, blocking kicks or what. I'm sorta hard headed so I won't go to a doctor, but it does hurt significantly. My guess is my shins are just tender from all the sparring and ****...sooo wait it out? or go see somebody about it? What do yall think?

Shin splint?

I've had them. If so just lay off working out for a bit until the pain goes away or not as bad.
