Ever have one of those days when everything worked for you? That's what training was like today. I didn't get tired, nothing hurt and I hit everything right. I started at 2:30 and got done at 9:00 (with breaks for dinner and rests in between)

Not lately. I mean, besides my beautiful post that no one has responded to. Besides that, no.

back when i was training like i was some kinda hoss, i would get nights like that. now, i'm just another fat kid that lost weight, got semi good among other sucky **** asses, that gained all of his weight back after dropping 300 excuses on why to quit training. i'll be back in training soon, sucking it up, and doing whatever it is i'm not supposed to do.

Last week it was 3 above zero here and today it was +72 Nothing like a 69 degree temp change to make you feel good.
