I think Marlon Starling may have a better ratio.
5ft 8.5 in and 25" arms i cant find his total reach but i remember him when he was active and it was miles more than his opponents.

Hagler was well known for having an enormous reach...
I'm not sure how he measures up to other long'uns..
I know that Starling, Liston & Langford also had good reaches (for their height)

Same as Mike McCallum's, who I'd say had the longer arms of the two while Cooper probably had wider shoulders. Despite his arm length, McCallum was extremely effective as a body puncher.

Surprised about Bert Cooper, I always remember him as more of an inside fighter.

Paul Williams is 6'1" (185cm) and has a reach of 82" (208cm).

It's also incredible to think Sonny Liston had a longer reach than both Wlad and Vitali. I think only Valuev and Carnera surpass him.

Mayweather also has very long arms for how tall he is. I think he's only about 5'8" and yet he has something like a 72 or 74" reach. That's pretty amazing as well.
