Can anyone actually stand by this product and say they have seen improvements in their strength, punch power or w/e.
I've already bought one but i was just wondering....?

nice for avoiding hand/wrist injuries, worthless for improving punch power in my opinion

they make you forearms a lot bigger

just get one of those $5 hand exercisers it works the same and its much cheaper.....
