Why did I make this a public thread? Well, I also want to get up on the soap box and say I hate thoses commericals. They might of been funny to some people at first, but now they just suck.

they were never funny. i've hated them more than any commercial. i'll take Jarod over that fat **** that "lost another one to ditech" any day.

ditech's huge. they're owned by GMAC and we basically refer to them as the mcdonald's of lenders. there's no counseling, advising, or anything remotely comforting to a customer who goes through ditech. you're either in or yer out and if yer out then they won't even tell you. you just get hung up on.

ditech's also got the notorious reputation for having the absolute WORST sweatshop conditions for it's loan officers than any other company out there. basically, if you don't close at least 40 loans every month, yer fired. you can do 100 loans every month for years and the FIRST month you hit 39, bye. they also get a measley $200 per loan and i've heard that it's impossible to work under 14 hours everyday if you plan on staying there.

nobody's lasted there longer than a few months. same with Ameriquest and Quick Loan Funding. ****in sweatshops.
