absolutely LOVES vanilla coke. I think she'd drink my whole bottle if she could. It doesn't even matter that it's diet to her!!!

Bird gone crazy.

My grandpa used to give his parrot bread dipped in wine... The stupid bird would not stop talking for hours.

LMAO, ok, a reason not to give her alcohol. She upsets everyone else as it is.

What kind of parrot??

Zelda just spoke a new phrase...

No Daniel, stop that!! Daniel = my son

Don't know what kind. This was many years ago... HE used to get the parrot drunk and talk to him; he said it was the best time to teach him new words.

I love going into the pet store and checking out all the different kinds of parrots.

It was green and a pretty big dude. My grandpa brought him from the South American rainforest.

That made me laugh!! Birds that can mimic sounds, also can mimic a person's voice.

Here, Zelda will say "hi daddy" in my voice, then right after say "hello Zelda" in my husband's. She also calls "Daniel" in my Dad's voice!!! When she wants my eldest daughter, she has a soft voice and she doesn't ever say my other daughter's name.....daughter #2 would rather we didn't have Zelda. LOL.....I want to teach Zelda some espanol!!
