I think maybe Mosley because his style and handspeed.Cotto could be a big threat as wel tho.What do they say,styles make fights.Could Pacquiao handle a Cotto body attack.Defintley exciting fights there at welterweight for Pacquiao tho

Mosley is by far, Mosley has the faster handspeed, can take a lot more of a shot and still has heart and desire.

I dont see pac ko'ing shane, when prime oscar and margo couldnt do it, and at some point mosley will land something big, can pac take it? who knows
