Whats the maximum water weight u can drop for a tournament??? without passing out

well if your on the brink of passing out dont fight the next day thats all i can say lol.

The amount people can cut depends on the individual and the way that persons body works so i dont think that their is a set amount of weight.

I guess it depends on how much water weight you have to start off with.. lol
