Press ALT Print Scrn on your desktop, then paste it in Paint or some other photo program, save, find a place to host it, then post it. I use Magic mans BTT wallpaper at the moment....

go to the desktop. On the keyboard there should be a key that says "Print Screen"
hit that. Open up paint. (start all programs accesories paint)
On the top it says File Edit View etc...
Click view and click Paste

then file and save as
