Coach said that tonight we will be spending the whole session just on it as according to him 'not one of you can ****ing hit or feed correctly' lol, so yea what tips can you give me?

Yeah, focus on form/technique rather than speed and power these will come with time. Also listen to your coach and remember after the jab, comes the right, and after the right comes the hook and so on. Plain and simply.
