Thoughts? Will Mosely take it this time?

Winky is a south paw and a lot taller than Mosley. Winky wins another unanimous decision.

.... thus bringing Mosley very very VERY close to the end of a good career.

Unfortunately it coulda been a great career if he'd campaigned at 140 or 147 instead of moving all the way to 154 where he looks like a midget in there and gets invariably outmuscled.

It's simple: Winky is the bigger, stronger fighter. Mosley just doesn't have the power at 154 to hurt him. Plus, Mosley's power-boxing style just isn't effective against Winky's defense and long arms.
Mosley is going to get schooled again.

I love Sugar Shane as much you do, bro. The guy was a ****ing killer at 135-147. He had that perfect blend of speed and power while campaigning at those weights. But since his move up to 154, his power and speed have leveled off severely. He couldn't put a dent in Marquez, even though he hit him with everything but the kitchen sink. And against Wright, he just didn't have the conditioning to keep up with Wright's high pace.

I was pulling for Mosley against Wright in the first match. But after seeing Wright neutralize, dismantle and basically dominate him, I just don't see how it would be different the second time around.

But, we'll see.

I hope he can at least keep it competitive and not like the first one. It looked like Wright basically was holding him back by the forehead similar to Foghorn Leghorn holding back a flailing chickenhawk from the cartoons.

Well Mosely lost a close decision by scores of 114-114, 115-113 x 2. Everyone says he did better than the last time, Wright was not that impressive and Mosely still lost, no controversy.

Watched teh fight. Mosely didn't get beat up, at least. Wright's game of winning each round doing his southpaw thing was just unstoppable for Mosley.

He fought hard as he could as usual but he may have just as well been trying to stop the tide from coming in.

When wright stood and dropped his hand and let mosely hit him a couple times, i prayed mosely KFTO of him. I can't stand when people do arrogant things like that.

Overall, a decent fight, much better than the last. I was pullin for shane but i always had a feeling it wasn't gonna happen :(

Even with that free shot, Mosley couldn't hurt Wright. That was the problem in this fight--Mosley just doesn't have the same power at 154. He's slowed down a bit too and doesn't throw the power combos we used to see when he was in his prime. Wright just killed him with the jab and walked right through a lot of Mosley's shots.

Anyway, I SERIOUSLY doubt that Wright would pull that free-shot **** on Tito or Hopkins. He'd get flattened in a second if one of those guys connected.

Winky seems to be the man now at 154. He will probably beat up some other guys at 154, wait for Hopkins to retire and then try is luck at 160.

On a side note, I have mad respect for both of thoses guys. Its too bad all fighters don't have the class outside the ring that they do.

Shane fought Winky the first time when most fighters would of avoided a fight like that. A danerous opponet with very little to gain if he won. Winky fought Shane in the re-match even after he dominated him in the first fight. Good to see its not always about money. Sometimes tis about fighting the best guy out there.
