He was found guilty, which I think kinda sucks, I mean, all they had was circumstancial evidence, the cops didnt even look longer for any other suspects, they just took the easy way out. Now I dont feel so guilty for pissing on Lacy Petersons house.........

Some dude here in Cali who murdered his wife and unborn son.

They had a lot more than the fact he was sleeping with another woman.

Like what? I am from the Modesto area, and the Modesto Police should not be incharge of any kind of investiagtion like this. Its ****ed up because the media had him pinned from Day 1. I dont think the media should be allowed too report on stories that peoples lives hang on the line like this. He couldnt get a fair trial anywhere. Here is some other **** too think about, the 2 Jurers that had him as Not Guilty where both dismissed so that other Jurers could take there place to come with a quick Guilty verdict. I dont know if he did it or not, but I really wish they had some physical evidence and took a little more time before they decided it was Scott. It's like they didnt even look for another killer, took the easy road out..........

They didn';t have much on him, if anything. But he was guilty.

He lied about his whereabouts the day she disappeared. He was intercepted damn near in Mexico with a ton of money and his hair dyed blonde. He lied repeatedly to his girlfriend concerning Laci's disappearance .

You're right. It was circumstantial. Still guilty though.
