My little cousin is gonna start boxing today.

he's 17; 5'8, 135 natural weight

loves the sport but has never been in the right, i catch him shadowin alot when he think he's alone

what advice can i give the kid other then

"keep your hands up and dont be scared"

help?

you "catch" him shadowing? That's a good thing, not a bad thing.
