Ocarina of time is a kick ass game but I do not see how its better then FF VII. I don't even know how its beating FF VII, probably because most people haven't voted. FF VII best game with Ocarina of time coming in a close second.

The two great, I assume. It almost boils down to how many fans enjoyed the respective games. Seeing as how Link has been known for a longer period of time (since the NES days) and more people have the Wii, and add to the fact that new people are playing the game for the first time (Ocarina) after buying a Wii for nostalgic purposes...Ocarina' gonna' win.

OFF TOPIC: If it weren't for the awkward battle system, Final Fantasy 8 would be right up there with FF7.

For me, it's Ocarina. But honestly, I never really liked the FF games very much, and I think Chrono Trigger is better than either of the ones listed.

LOTD was my favorite most Unique battle system for an rpg, then FFX and Third FF7, just my favorite rpgs not meaning there the greatest games ever made.

I think Ocarina will win, its 4000 ahead now
