Realistically, I doubt Star or Buc know DICK about DICK.

T.I. bought illegal weapons. It's a big deal, for a felon especially. However, I've seen NON-snitches do a lot less and get a lot more. I've also seen people do a lot more and get a lot less.

These types of things depend on three things.

Lawyers. Luck. Finally, how the emotions are in that courtroom. Realistically, if a judge JUST got a blow job, he might be in a much better mood. Obviously, that's unlikely. But it still proves a point.

ALso, when you snitch, you have to snitch up not down.

None of T.I.s friends from around the way have said anything. If they did, with the Internet, it would get out there.

I'll take the first part of your response and flip it. He had well paid lawyers who NEGOTIATED a deal for INFORMATION.
