Do you feel stronger and fight better when you know someone is watching you fight?
This happened to me yesterday when I sparred again with my coach. My father was watching me and when we started the session I felt more energized and I moved better and faster! I also landed more shots and I was able to throw more punches.
I dont know if this is just coincidence of something? Do you guys experience this too?
no, my paerent don't know im boxing. lols i feel energized if a hot chick is watching me. :o

yeah its really a motivating factor type of thing. its kinda like training on your home bag or conditioning at home vs at the gym. for some the will push harder in the gym because of the atmosphere and im kind of that way. with your dad watching it presented a different atmosphere in your element which put you in a difference psychological situation that benefited you. keep trainin

I prefer when nobody goes to my fights. I feel less pressurized and that it is all up to me with no outside distractions.
