4 volunteers needed..

hiya! I got your site addy from edouble's list of where he posts the Ironlife eZine.
I'm preparing my article for the Nov issue & I thought I'd pay all the sites which post the eZine on their boards to see if there's any interest to participate in my new monthly column. The column{s} MA Question of the Month and Bodybuilding Question of the Month will debut in the Oct issue.
Basically, I collect several reponses from people on various boards to get a variety of perspectives to the same question.. good way to bring a bunch of online communities together for educational purposes.
I was wondering if 4 people from globalmma would step up and answer the following questions listed below.
Please leave your name, or an X or anything you'd like *lol* in this thread so that we're able to see if there's any interest. Plus, this way I'm not put on the spot if more than 4 people send responses & I need to omit someone.
Then send your response to me via PM by Oct 12th as that's when I'll be collecting the responses.
Your screen name, the globalmma site addy & your response will be included in my article. It's a grrreat way to promote your board & I hope you participate~

1. BJJ, MMA, Muay Thai
2. Conditioning
3. Train as much as possible. Even when I am tired I go 100% effort. I've noticed a real difference in the last month but school prevents me from train as much as I would like. Overall I am pretty satisfied with how things are coming along.
