anyone have certain foods they absolutely need to eat to train well? I'm not talking about stuff you've read or heard at the gym, I'm talking about PERSONAL EXPERIENCE only.

Mine are:

Beef
Rice
Potato
soda

Meat, veggies, and fruit. If I eat junk, I can't be ****ed to train hard.

Like floyd mayweather sr; cupcakes, donuts, cookies. Thats just for breakfast. lol

Nah but for real. All I -need- is meat. I eat whatever, but I can only go so long without eating meat.

-Fruits( Bananas, Apples, Oranges)
-Fish, Meat
-Eggs
-Veggies( Carotts, Potatoes, Beans, Soups, Lentils, Salads)
-Cereals
-Pasta, Rice
-Milk, Yoghurt
-Water

Those are the only things i eat to stay in shape and too far from the weight i will have to make when i will fight. But just before i train i would say bananas or Apples.

Fish, veggies, fruit, rice. Too much meat is unnecessary.
