Family is good. Getting the help my son needs...the school district finally agreed that yes, he does have a certain disability that needs to be addressed. He had a traumatic brain injury at age 4, the problems have been getting worse over the years and I finally got them to listen....and he's doing a bit better...we have a long way to go, but we're on the right path now.

Daughters are doing great, one's in college now and the other one can't wait to get out of high school!!

I'm still in shock from watching a good friend bury her son. I haven't had my good cry yet. It makes me cherish my children all the more, even when they piss me off. Momita's son was a great guy. He will be missed by many.

Be good and study hard. I'm proud of you for slaving away on your papers. :-)

I'm sorry Bear. It's hard to lose someone close to you. I've only watched others. I've been fortunate not to lose anyone really close to me other than grandparents...and it was expected with them. It's the young ones that really break my heart when they pass on. Especially to violence. That saddens my heart more than anything.
