Mike Tyson VS Buster Dougals is gold standard of heavyweight fights that i've seen live. Heavyweights today should take a look at Douglas' show that night and see that a heavyweight can actuilly be an intellegent well rounded figther and have big knockout power as well.

That Holyfield/Cooper fight was great!!! I really think the ref saved Holyfield in that fight!!! I can't remember which but, one of the announcers even said that!!!

Did anyone ever see the fight between Tommy Morrison and Razor Ruddock??? That was a great fight!!! Both fighters were knocked down!!!

Type in Danny Williams vs Mark Potter in youtube, i was watching it the other day, he beat him with one arm (his shoulder got dislocated during the fight, and his right arm was just hanging off and down at the end of the fight) for the British/Commowealth HW title... now that was a KILLER fight!!!! Danny Williams, that guy has got the biggest heart in boxing! watch it and tell me!!!

Holmes/Norton was an epic one that doesn't get much fanfare or shout outs when it comes to great Heavyweight fights.

Tyson/Douglas was great action.

Ali/Frazier 1 & 3 obviously.

Frazier/Quarry.

Dempsey/Firpo.

The Bowe/Holyfield trilogy.

Louis/Walcott.

Seconded. Douglas never really got the credit he deserved for that as the emphasis was always much more on Tyson losing the fight than him winning it. It was a totally awesome display on the night and Douglas got the result he deserved. I urge those who haven't seen the fight to do so.

A lot of people bring up this fight.. If I remember rightly, Cooper came in as a late sub cos someone was injured (can't remember who that was though) and very nearly pulled it off.. Think it was the 2nd round when he sends Holy into one of those Zab Juddah dances while almost relieving him of his senses..

Other notables...

Holyfield Tyson 1 (my favourite)
Moorer Botha
Mercer Morrison
Foreman Lyle
Williams Tyson
Bowe Golota
