I watched the fight and scored it 115-113 to Mundine. Geale was busier than Mundine throughout but failed to land anything much of note. I think the scorecards were reasonable and it was a fair result.

Several of the rounds were close however and could've gone either way.
Mundine was not knocked down, it was a genuine slip. Can't help but be a little disappointed with Mundine, he's clearly on the slide in my book and I don't see him beating the top 3 guys at Middleweight.

Geale looked good, and can only improve from here.

Funnily at the pub, half the crowd got up and left after Sonny Bill's fight was over. Not many people interested in sticking around to watch Mundine.

Another thing that deserves mention, is that on no less than 5 occasions did the tape from Mundine's gloves come loose. The referee stopped the fight each time for them to be retaped and finally cut off. He was very lucky not to get any points deducted.

From what I have seen from Anthony in his last few fights I cannot see how he would be able to handle Bika's relentlessness. Mundine's punch resistance seems to really be on the way down now as well so I would probably pick Bika to stop him.

I mean, if Anthony was still the fighter he was when he beat Echols and even lost to Kessler would this fight have been that close? I doubt it. I have seen a fair bit of Geale on Friday Night Fights and while I think he is a solid technician he would not have come that close to beating the version of Mundine that beat Echols.

So yeah, I think Mundine is pretty much done and any top fighter, and I include Bika in that, whoops him pretty handily.

How would Mundine beat Froch? Froch is an animal in there. Is he overly skilfull? No. Would he need to be? Most definately not. Mundine could barely keep Geale off him, imagine how much trouble he would have with Froch!

That's a bit far-fetched! Froch stopped J. Taylor in his last fight. Is unbeaten with 25 wins and 20 kos. Froch would stop Mundine.
