A lot of us met Toni and the rest know how great she is. She's probably the #1 fan of the sport and just a hell of a nice person. It's not right that she's going through this loss.
My thoughts are with her right now.

Sorry for your loss Momita.......

I just got off the phone with Momita and she asked me to tell you all what happened. We are asking for prayers since this is the toughest time she will ever go thru in her life.

Last night, her eldest son, Oscar died in a traffic accident.

He hit a semi-rig and the front end was so messed up that he crawled out a back window. According to witnesses, he must have been disoriented from a blow to the head because he then stumbled and fell off the overpass to the highway below.

He was pronounced brain dead and will be brought home to California for services.

I would recommend a donation of some sort as I'm pretty sure there are limited funds to pay for him coming home and funeral expenses. I will let you know if a fund is set up and how you may make a donation if you wish. She did not ask this of me, I am doing this on my own, for Toni and her family.

Oscar was very well loved as by the response of people who have stopped by their home today. I will miss Lil' Oscar (affectionately known as) to a great degree for his ability to make people laugh was tremendous.

Jeremy is with his family and is missing his brother dearly. They are a very close knit family. God be with them.
