I'm a really healthy eater. Most everyone I know says I eat too healthy, and should have more days where I eat what I want.

Oats in the morning mixed with all natural peanut butter and some almods. To drink Soy milk and Orange juice. Take vitamins and fish oil
Lunch usually consists of Bannana and an Orange, maybe a protein bar.
Then a meal of either chicken or pasta or Tuna(with veggies) With of course veggies of some sort.
Dinner is usually a pasta or protein shake made with oats, bannana, soy milk, whatever protein i have and some honey. This is usually at 9 after i get home from the gym.

Throughout the day i snack on stuff like blackberries, blueberries, some cottage cheese with fruit, almonds etc... and to drink throughout the day is water or 40/60 all natural apple juice and water.

I pretty much eat whatever right now, i know what to eat but not really when to eat it. Not on a diet plan or anything as of now.

Before calling it queer, see if you can last two weeks on that diet. Because right now you sound plain stupid.

Yes because its so manly eating burger, fries and BBQ. You obviously have no sense in nutrition if you found his diet in any way queer or hilarious

i try to cook what i eat myself like ill marinate a few chicken breasts in some light dressing George foreman it or bake it also

i have a dog so i try to make sure i give him a little of what im eating but i want to make sure its good for him like instead of just scrambled eggs ill make scrambled eggs with spinach and potatoes so when i eat i think of healthy things and i get rid of maybe 1/4 of the portion i was going to eat by gradually feeding it to my dog its a good diet and a good way to feed your pet as long as you keep it healthy for the dog

try to use olive oil instead of butter if your frying in oil , like chicken or fish, make sure the oil is hot before putting the food in. The steam keeps the oil out but if you don't have it hot enough or it runs out of steam the food will soak up the oil it takes a while before you can actually put that into practice while frying i cant do it yet but i understand the concept. also if batter dip the fish or chicken before frying dont add eggs or milk to the slurry but if you baking it dosent matter

also let the oil drain off for a min or so maybe even pat it down with a paper towel. use very little mayo with tuna i usualy have one can which is 2 servings with one small spoon full of mayo hardly a serving at most. wheat bread everything wheat. drink lots of milk and yogurt. bagels are yummy with peanut butter you can toast the bagel and let the peanut butter sit and it gets all melty and tastesty alittle toasty. perhaps alittle olive oil and parm on an everything bagel throw it in the toaster over be like garlic bagel oooooo also i try to substitute honey for sugar like ill get a big tub of plain low fat yogurt and mix in honey till it tastes to my liking or atleast thats how i eat

Breakfast: Cereal and banana on toast X2.

10am: muesli bar and apple.

Lunch: usually 2 chicken and salad or corned beef sandwiches and a fruit yogurt.

3pm: banana.

Dinner: homecooked meal with rice or potato. On one day of the weekend every week, i'll eat out.

I eat sh*t food too but not too much. I'm usually at the gym by 6am and the only thing I eat before that is an up&go, which is pretty bad. I have breakfast at work which refuels me.

I don't think eating junk food every now and then is going to hurt you, but eating too much probably will.

Breakfast: soy milk and fiber cereal before the gym

Gym

After Gym, Muscle Milk, wendys chili.

3 hours later, Side salad

another 3 hours later, ceasars side salad

When I get home from Work, eat whatever is in sight, hahaha.
Lately I replaced all above with a multiwheat bread/bologna and cheese sandwhich with mayo. Also a fiber snack in between.

Im always kinda hungry thoroughout the day and I try to keep it balanced, but after sitting at a desk all day doing nothing but browse online, I just get bored when I get home and go on a rampage in the kitchen. Im really undisciplined at the very end of the day. One of these days I'll stop it.

breakfast: "go lean crunch" healthy cereal mixed with less healthy cereal (peanut butter captain crunch, etc) and slices of banana and strawberry in 2%milk, egg whites, bread( bagel, wheat bread, croissant, etc)

daytime snacks between meals: some kind of fruit (banana, individual fruit cups like peaches, apple, etc) with v8 juice

lunch/dinner: i make sure i get some kind of meat (beef/chicken/fish) with some kind of vegetables (carrots/broccoli/salad) with rice or pasta.

late night appetite supressor: cottage cheese with a tiny bit of taste neutralizing indulgence like pastry or crackers, etc)

and once a week or so ill have a real ill meal like hamburgers with fries or pizza with soda....then i come home with madd energy and use it for pretty intense cardio and only drink a protein shake after the workout before i goto sleep in a couple hours

been eating like this more or less for a few years and always felt in great shape with compliments from the women.

I eat too much spanish food!

I still eat healthy for the most part, I don't snack on junk foods or eat any fast food.

I make weight very easy. I fight at 132lbs and have never had any trouble making weight.

I like to eat pizza every once in a while too. Pizza is my favoirte food so I have to have it every once in a while.

from what ive read grapes are pretty much just sugar. i havent done the research on them but you should try blackberries or blueberries.

Probably a good idea.. I'll have a look for some next shopping.. If I had the cash I'd be into the goji berries, but they cost a mint.
